Care Philosophy
I focus on patient-centered care in my family medicine and primary care practice. I am passionate about preventive care, as well as enhancing the lives of patients with chronic diseases. I believe that listening to the patient and completing a thorough assessment is the best way to improve a patient's life.
Personal Statement
I grew up in a small town in Upper Michigan and moved to Green Bay in 2010. I bring the small-town community mindset to my practice while using the knowledge gained throughout my education to provide the best care for my patients. In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, skiing, traveling, sports and reading.

Ms. Radocay is a great provider and I am lucky to have her as part of my care team. Though it is a deep shame I will not be able to see her as my primary care provider, as I have aged out of being able to. She happily suggested options to move forward with adult care, and her and her nurses made sure I was settled in. She will also remain a crucial part of my nutrition team for one more year. One thing I believe she could have done better with was preparing me early on that she no longer would be able to be my first line of contact for all my healthcare needs (primary care provider). Though, I handled the change very well, a little warning at least a month before my birthday would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, however, I believe Ms. Radocay does care a lot about her patients. If I could see her life long, I would in a heartbeat. She goes out of her way on weekends to deliver test results for her patients, throughly listens, is patient, and doesn't sugar coat her feedback.

I drive from Green Bay to Luxemburg specifically because of the staff at this location. Everyone is always so kind and it makes doctor's visits so much less overwhelming. Ellen provides excellent service and always makes me feel heard, validated, and like I am in great hands.
