Can you say hi, well? I love to go back again. I had a good experience with the doctor the nurse and checking everybody was just so polite and very helpful. I would love to visit the again, if I get sick and I appreciate that.

Dylan and team are absolutely incredible to have an an asset to Bellin Bellevue. He makes me feel at ease and can talk about anything. He is incredibly gifted, smart, and talented and reccomend him to everyone! 10/10

The NP Student took over the case pretty much. She was very welcoming and concerned.. She even looked at and touched my foot, one thing the ER dr had not done which puzzled me

Dr Valentine is the best

No consistency between doctors. I was told they did not prescribe a compounded drug at the Bellevue location yet they prescribed one at the Ashwaubenon location. If I knew there was a variance between doctors and locations. I would've never went to your location. Not happy that I have to pay $260 to talk to him for 10 minutes to find out that doctors or nurse practitioners do not prescribe compounded drugs at the Bellevue location.

Great experience for someone who in the past had not really trusted doctors.

I tried to check-in on the online, but got stuck on the question about my retirement date. Of course, I don't have it memorized. The check-in at the clinic was a breeze. I don't know why I even try. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. Very frustrating.

It was my first time coming to Bellin after going to another health care facility for many years. I was very impressed with the care I received from check in, during my provider visit, and lab after. Everyone was professional and very kind. It was a great experience.

This was the best medical experience I've ever had. The entire staff were pleasant and gave me clear guidance on next steps on where to go. My nurse even took the time to walk me to the lab! That was neat to get to talk to her on the way. Very great care from walking in to walking out.

My son has special needs and I felt like Dylan talked directly to him, asked him questions, and waited for his responses. Most providers wait for me to respond. I was able to help my son clarify, but really I appreciated the way Dylan treated him. He also took the time, extra time, to really get to what the problem was. Thank you.
