His nurse was very thorough and did the, asked all of my questions and she relayed them to him and he came in and answered all of the things and did a, you know, just was very thorough. Everything related to my experience as a patient from the clinic staff and scheduling to the physician and his staff, everything is great. I appreciate Dr. Hartig, his approach to medicine and his patient care manner is all great.

Every step from registration at the time of my initial appt for bloodwork thru seeing Dr Hartig for my annual medicare checkup was seamless. The entire staff was warm, pleasant, and willing to answer every question of concern. Dr Hartig was great, and even thou I failed to initially mention a nagging issue with toe nail fungus and I brought it to his attention later during my examination, he took the time to examine my toes affected and prescribed a prescription that is most affective in treating it.

The whole process was simplified and efficient. Thank you to everyone involved. I truly appreciate your help and look forward to a continued relationship, so I can reach my health improvement goals and keep on the right track. Very clean facility! Kudos to the housekeeping/EVS staff! Easy check in process for a first time client with outstanding, personal, and knowledgeable medical staff!

Only issue this time was using e-check in. It did not prompt for a co-pay so we had to pay upon check on.
