I prioritize a collaborative, trusting relationship between myself and my patients that builds confidence, develops coping skills and helps patients overcome mental health challenges. I have a special interest in helping patients to process through and heal from trauma and life challenges.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and cat, traveling, getting outside in nature and making videos.
