Using the touch screen for check in was new to me, however, the front desk ladies were very helpful. After I used the touch check in screen, I found it user friendly.

Dr. Plaza took a lot of time with us and answered all my questions and gave a great explanation in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr Plaza treat me like no other in a long time in a good an a positive way... He is down to earth and treated me like a friend... I appreciate that from a health professional...

The check in kiosks not being adjustable at this location was rough. There were lots of stations, but only two that I didn't need to stand on tiptoe to see and they were in use.

It was our first appointment with Dr. Plaza (our second time at the allergist. The first being with Dr. Ndum). Dr. Plaza answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. We're relatively new to having a child with a food allergy and Dr. Plaza provided a lot of information. Very happy to have him and his skill set in Green Bay.

I hate the check in process. Why do I do all the work while people wait for me to finish? Then ask me my name and DOB which I just punched into the computer in front of me to get a wrist band. It is redundant.

Dr Plaza takes the time to listen, explains things well and makes sure I'm comfortable with his care and plans. He's been very helpful with my care. I appreciate the time he takes and how involved he is in my care.

Dr. Plaza did a remarkably good job with communicating some changes to my care and the reasons behind them. In fact, it was one of the best provider experiences I've had in quite a while. I really like him and I don't know if he is temporary or just new there, but he is a real asset to the clinic and I hope I can see him sometime in the future if the situation arises. As for improvement, the check-in process at the Wabby Lane Clinic is a little confusing compared to some other clinics just because other health systems I've used have located ?

I really like this provider, it was my second visit to him and I felt comfortable. I felt able to express my thoughts and ideas and I felt like he really cared. He also is very knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with our experience during my son's allergy testing appointment. The nurse did an excellent job explaining the process to both me and my son, and she talked him through each step, which helped him feel comfortable and informed. The provider was thorough and detailed in his explanation of what the test measured and its limitations. He took the time to ask about my son's background, clearly explained the results, and walked us through possible treatment options and what to expect moving forward.

Everyone was extremely respectful and professional. Dr. Plaza was very attentive and explained things very well and clearly. I would recommend Dr. Plaza and staff !!
