I had a great experience with Dr. Conrad and his care team. I'm young for a knee replacement, so I've been on the fence even though there's nothing more that can be done at this point. Dr. Conrad went above and beyond explaining the problem using my own knees and models, the solutions, the benefits, the risks, recovery, and the doubts in my mind. My husband and I both appreciate his thorough effort, attention to detail, and his bedside manner. His care team is also top notch and made it comfortable and seamless with this appointment and the upcoming ones. I especially appreciate the entire team's expertise and ability to explain things in a way for someone who isn't an expert to understand completely! I'm impressed and very comfortable and confident going forward.

Dr. Conrad and his staff were excellent. Dr. Conrad explained everything that it was, questions that I had. He went over and above what he normally would have to do. The first time I ever had a doctor that asked me, 'do you have a few minutes or do you have a few minutes more to talk?' I thought that was excellent. He wasn't in a hurry to get to the next patient. He took his time with me, answered the questions I had and concerns. When I left, I felt really good about my decision for a future surgery. I would recommend him. He was referred to me from another doctor. It was an excellent referral and I will continue to do work with him and look forward to working with him in the future. Excellent doctor.
