I was supposed to have been scheduled for a CT scan and have not heard anything and I was also supposed to have been given a call by the care people who were supposed to help me pay for my medication and I never received a call.

There was a discrepancy on the appointment time. I was on the verge of walking out of the room. I was not a very happy person and very disappointed.

everyone I see at Bellin Health is very good at their jobs - very good with people (no matter what the patients age is) - very good at explaining so I understand and always tell me to call if I think of any other questions - everyone I deal with seems to go out of their way to help

everybody was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. Thank you

While in the exam room as the nurse was asking questions, she had her back to me the whole time because the desk and computer are set up that way. It felt very impersonal.

She listened to me very well. She asked me questions and I asked her questions and she answered completely and honestly. Thank you.

i am glad there now is a permanent pulmonary provider that I see. The inconsistency of care over the last 3 years has been awful.

Daniela was prompt, very personable and thorough. She came in with knowledge of my previous pulmonary experience and medications and really listened to me. I am actually looking forward to seeing her again.

Ms Wolfe was extremely kind and helpful, and she had some new ideas for me to try.

Dani was compassionate and listened carefully to my concerns and responses to her questions. She also suggested an alternative drug to treat my ipf and is working on preapproval with my insurance company. Highly impressed.

I think you all did a nice job helping to have a better understanding of how things are going with. Me thinks so much

Yes, Dr. Danny was very responsive to my discussion and I felt confident when I left that there was going to be improvements. What I didn't like was that I wasn't given a what happened today sheet like other Bellin clinics give you something saying this is what we did, this is your next step. I didn't get that when I left. That's it. That's my only drawback.

Daniela was clear, concise and compassionate about my care. I have no doubt she is in my corner when needed.

Very nice staff and were willing to hear me out and I was able to get a prescription right away. Thanks team!
