Impressive!!

Everyone was very kind and I really loved the experience I had with Bellin.

Dr. Sjoquist was great and put my diagnosis on the right track.

Won't be using this provider. Exam was sloppy. Didn't provide clear plan. Didn't initially want to do MRI. Assistant was not helpful in scheduling MRI. I have used Bellin ortho in past for Ankle replacement so thought I'd stick with same group when I had a new problem. However I won't be using this group for this issue. Time was an issue since I have big event coming up and this assistant and physician didn't listen to my concerns. Provider was not firm on a plan.

This was my first visit with Dr Sjoquist & after meeting him he put me at ease & I am putting myself in his hands to treat my medical condition. He explained everything & listened to every question I had.

I trust the doctor I had though my knee experience and my therapy coach was excellent

My appointment went really smooth. It was professional. I was very happy with the questions that were answered. And I will be going back because my knee is going to be needing more service. So I feel good about coming back.

Everything went well. Providers were all very professional and friendly.

As a new patient the check in process when you walked in was difficult. It should be a little user friendly as a new patient or one on one with a receptionist.

The app is great, but it is redundant to have to fill out the same form for bloodwork & dr visit& nurse visit. I had 2 dr , a nurse & bloodwork & had to go through the checklist 4 times!!!

Everyone was very nice. All of our questions were answered and it helped me make some decisions.

Dr. Sjoquist is an excellent doctor, listens to patients. He did both my hips and left knee, I am mobile and active again and enjoying life. Doing things I couldn't. Highly recommend him and Bellin.

In the 2 years since we have been here, 3 surgeries and everything that includes have been better than we expected!!! Better than anything we had "back home". No wait times, wonderful providers, dr's, pa's, nurses, pt, everyone has been wonderful!!!! Thank you !!

I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get in after my accident. Also we arrived early and were taken in and we were seen by the doctor so fast. We traveled almost 2 hours for this appointment and we left feeling it was very much worth the travel.

My entire experience with Dr. Sjoquist, Ben, nurses, physical therapy group was extraordinary. Everybody did a wonderful job. I am successfully back to no pain and feeling great. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

It was a very good experience having had previous hip surgery. He was very good. He explained it all. And back in, when I asked how he was, I aimed to hit four and I hit one. So I was very pleased with my appointment and with the doctor. Thank you.

I don't care to use the Video app. . I am feeling that they may be judging me by my appearance and my home state. I feel guilty about what I look like and the area of the house that they are seeing. It's not the cleanest but it's not really dirty either and I may need a shower. Which I am planning on getting one ( hopefully before I get the call) which very soon, but then I get the call before I am able to get my shower. Sometimes I am just not able to get myself motivated and I put it off to long. So I preferred just a phone call is better for me.

Everything was efficiently handled (actually ahead of schedule). Questions were all answered in ways that were easy to understand. No concerns left unanswered.

Doctor Sjoquist and his care team were very pleasant and thorough. I was very pleased with doctor Sjoquist.

Dr. Sjoquist had great bedside manner. He really listened to what I had to say. He went over everything very nicely, enough that I could understand, helped me create a great care plan going forward.

Dr. Sjoquist treats the entire person. He is easy to bounce questions off of and has great communication skills. He looks at you when he talks with you, I would recommend him to anyone.

Your check-in takes way too long! It seems to take forever! Your list of drugs I'm taking was only by scientific name so I had to take additional time to look up each one to see what it is in normal language. You also need a " nothing has changed" box to check tor those of us with upcoming appointments.

My experience with Dr. Sjoquist and his staff was excellent. My knee issue was addressed and my treatment options were clearly outlined for me. I was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited and the manner in which my appointment was handled.

Have trouble getting into the info for instructions.

The appointment was quick and efficient yet both the nurse and Dr. Sjoquist took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.
