For some reason I cannot log into my chart The business of answers many multiple questions on checking id pathetic frustrating and not the right image. Get a grip!

Medical protocals, insurance, prcedures etc. are daunting to me. A vistit on day one and providing answers is repeated on another visit two days later to another professional with the same instition. That is frustrating, i.e. same insuance, medications list as if I had not provided the answers 2 days before. I understand that a given amount time is alotted for an an appointment based upon the stated reason for the appointment and it sometimes goes longer. Pre-visit communications suggest arriving 15 minutes early yet when the provider is running 30+ minutes late no notification is provided. This creates angst. I no longer feel I am a person, just a number. Effiencient use of a professional is logical. If I am asked to arrive 15 minutes early I would appreciate notification that my professional is ruining behind. That would be couterous. I believe it is a poor criticism if an alternative is not proposed. I do not have one. However, someone in your organization should be able to solve this, create software and sell it to other providers.

Dr. McMahon and his staff responded to all my questions, were very helpful, always very kind, and listened well, and seemed to be very thorough and competent. I appreciate that.

I never had a bad experience during my visits at Bellin Health.

This provider did not respond to any extremely important paperwork after I left with them for over three weeks, still waiting for some results on that. Provider and nursing staff on this issue are extremely unlikely to be recommended for anything. They are very poor at responding to issues and getting back to the patient.

We are very lucky to have Dr. McMahon. My only problem was trying to sign into my Chart. One very nice thing was we could get X Rays and lab work after our appt. No need to come back. We got the results quickly.

Dr. McMahon is the best doctor I've ever had in my life, so much so that when my mother moved down, I had her become one of his patients as well, and he seen her until she passed.

Dr. Mcmahon is great. He doesn't rush the visit and he explains blood work in simple terms. He's a good man and knows how to communicate the right way to not make a patient feel stupid about things. I appreciate him.
