Better doctor service

Dr. Brannen and his nurse were exceptionally competent and, also, welcoming, and I greatly appreciated the educational component they brought to my visit.

Supposed to have a referral for an MRI for either Bellin or OSMS and haven't heard anything regarding scheduling!

I have never had anything but positive experiences at Bellin. From being greeted with smiles upon entering the door to checkout, I was treated very professionally and kindly.

I feel confident about the care and how the recovery is for my ailment. I'm with a good team.

Dr Brannen and his staff are wonderful! He treated me with respect and really listened to me. He helped me understand what was wrong with my knee and how we were going to fix it.

Being 'elderly' I fine it hard to work with computers! ??

Dr. Brannen gave me a shot in an inflamed tendon - it should have been painful...but it wasn't. Way to go DOC! And yes, I have already made recommendations to folks. He really listened, his staff really listened, he understood what I was saying and made sure I understood him. This not being my first rodeo with should issues, I was pleasantly surprised to not have to work harder to be understood and have my issues addressed. Thank you!

Excellent bedside manner

The team effort to get me the care I needed was exceptional. I got an ultrasound, MRI, a consult with the surgeon, and scheduled surgery for the very next day! All this came from Dr Brannen's recognition that my need was immediate. He got the ball rolling with the MRI so I could see the surgeon. I was amazed at the swift response to my turn quad. Today is first day post-op, and I'm doing well.
