MyChart is not as user friendly under Empliphy as it was under original Bellin. It wasn't horrible, just not as easy to navigate and find what you want.

I loved being able to get in so quickly the next morning early because of the pain with a lower back issue that came up suddenly. So I really appreciate that. I wouldn't mind, and I don't know if they have the time to do that, but perhaps just a quick call from a nurse to see how things are going or see if there's any additional questions might be a nice feature. But thank you so much. I appreciate the care at Bellin and Amplify.

The caretaking personnel was absolutely great. They're wonderful. The administration of the entire thing is a big piece of crap. That's my opinion.

Don't appreciate the provider instead of having a discussion on options, whipping out his mobile phone and playing, obviously prestacked / preplanned videos of people I have no clue who they are trying to convince me that the provider it right. If I wanted that type of experience, I'd do my own research on the internet and find the videos. Showing videos with no reference of the source or given any ability to vet who / what it is, isn't how a provider should provide a service. At this point, in my mind, this appointment never occurred and I'll be looking for my own remedies and new providers.

Awesome experience, but had problems with my chart at first

Dr Lemkuil and his team are world class. I owe him my life! He listened to me when other doctors wouldn't. He found out what i had and saved my life.
