I have been a patient of Dr Lasecki for quite a few years. She's very professional has always answered all my questions and has been there when I needed to ask her questions.

Second time in six months that I went to this clinic and waited an hour to 2 hours after my appointment time to see the doctor and the first time I left and the insurance was billed for a visit. Last week the appointment was to take care of the one I left and it was for 3:45 doc came in at 4:45 went over the basics and we were done 20 minutes, went. had lab work done. The lab work was in MyChart that night the after visit summary I had to call and ask for at 4:30 pm the next day and there were no physician's notes included. Did I feel like the most important patient of the day? No by that point I wasn't focused on my health I just wanted to leave.

My Bellin Health online was easier and less confusing to use then the new online product. I have had to try and get help to maneuver through the new program for this provider and another...

Wait times once arrived for appointment is pretty extensive. Once I was put in the room I waited about an hour before the provider stepped in. This is unacceptable. She is a great doctor, but something has to be done about how long you sit an wait.

Yes, I had a very comfortable, knowledgeable, and just thorough appointment with Dr. Lasecki. She's a wonderful provider. She's caring, considerate. I love her dearly, and I feel so confident going to her, and her staff is wonderful as well. Thank you.

The new blood test results were different categories (initials) with no history and they did not explain what they were so I had to have the nurse interpret them for me. So getting the report early at home was useless compared to previous years.

A little overkill on reminders and questions. Both for lab and the next day before the visit.

I worked at Bellin for 33 years and was always super friendly with my patients. The last few years I just don't see that anymore. Yes, everyone is courteous and respectful but there isn't any going above the basics. No small talk. No smiles. Just all business. It makes me sad. I feel like I still have a pretty good rapport with my doc but can tell it's all about corporate medicine. I'm more of a lab result than a person. I was also receiving many messages asking me to prepay for my visit which I think is very insulting. You don't even know what services I'm going to need. Also I had switched insurance which makes that a moot point. This was annoying and completely unnecessary.

Dr. Cindy is the backbone and vision of the De Pere Clinic with the individual patient as the nucleus. Been our family provider for almost 30 years across 3 generations and I'm so proud and blessed I found her for our care! I fear the day she retires. Thankful Emplify/Bellin allows her to be a genuine Dr. and make a positive difference!

Any specimens collected in the room should be labeled in front of the patient and shown to the patient. My specimen was not labeled at all in the room.

The wait time was way too long before the provider came in.

Dr. Lasecki is always there for me whenever I need to talk or have questions. She is top notch.

Everyone treated me with respect. I know these people really well and I feel very comfortable. I feel like they're looking after me. I'm very happy with the care there and would recommend that clinic and Dr. Lasecki to anybody and everybody.

I've always been very satisfied with my visits there. The questions are answered. I get answers that I can understand.
