My chart still doesn't have my test results.

Although I don't like the audio charting per se, it is really the only way providers can truly focus on patient assessment. I feel it gives them the time to actually perform all physical exams and to actually listen to the patient and address concerns.

I have no complaints. I have always known everyone to be pleasant, smile, helpful and courteous.

This was a first time with NP Courtney Lepak. I felt completely at ease discussing my health issues with her. She did a through examination. I felt she understood my situation with compassion. I felt that we were in agreement with how to proceed in the future. I enjoyed talking with Courtney, and she took as much time as necessary to hear about my condition and any concerns I had.
