I would like to say that I am always treated very well. the Doctors are always friendly and ask me if I would like to ask them questions. If I need something explained to me, they never treat me like I'm taking their time. they are happy to explain, and treat me with respect .

I was lucky to get my appointment because of a cancellation otherwise would of needed to wait 3 months which is a long time

The Dr. covered info about mouth device, travel apnea machine & the current info on all devices.

Dr K was very kind and listened very well to me. I would definitely recommend him.

The check-in process in the lobby was terrible. Fortunately, there were some helpful people, but the kiosk didn't work for me, and then I had to wait in a long line, so check-in was a mess. And the other thing that I have a problem with is that the doctor said people would be calling me, and it's been several days now, and they haven't gotten back to me or through MyChart to tell me the next steps for dermatology or for a dental visit referral. Anyway, that's it. Thanks.

I've worn my sleep aid every night since my appointment with Dr. K. I have a noticeable higher energy level. Im looking forward to learn what Bellin Health weight loss program will inspire.

Great Care Team

My only complaint is MyChart. Never loads and always have to highlight and "enter" again. Also why do I have to fill out information on home computer only to do it again when checking in at Bellin Hospital?

Why do you ask people to please check in at home when you just have them do everything over again when they get there?

Too many questions for check=in process!

Dr.K was very nice and knowledgeable about the questions I asked and how I was doing with my Cpap machine!

Everyone was super no complaints ?

It isn't just this experience, its just medical professionals as a whole. I wish they wouldn't just suggest a medication for every problem. Like maybe there is something else, a lab value that can be corrected with something other than a med? A prescription for a lifestyle change? The medication for every symptom thing is kind of depressing.
