The appointment started over an hour past my scheduled time. As a working professional and a mom, it was very stressful having to wait and fix my schedule around because the appointment was not on time. I considered leaving but needed a refill on a medication so that was not an option.

I want to thank you for the whole day for how nice you know, how nice you were to me and how much I learned and everything. I'm really happy that I'm going to be with home health care. Okay?

I didn't see the doctor until an hour past my appointment time. I had to leave for a work meeting and finally went out and told the nurse that it was so late I had to leave. So she got the doctor and then we rushed through the appointment. I don't think it was anyone's fault, schedules get backed up, but there are very few places in Green Bay where it's okay to keep a customer waiting for an hour. I would have rather been asked if I wanted to reschedule rather than wait an hour and be rushed through the appointment. Everyone was kind and the doctor is great- but the wait wasn't great.

Computer had me set up for a procedure and I was just there to establish a primary care and meds check-

The team at Emplify West Depere are great to work with. Each person is responsible and qualified and I have confidence in what they say and what they do.

Check in was easy at the De Pere clinic unlike other Bellin sites that use a kiosk. My husband and I both check in using MyChart but when we get to a clinic that has a kiosk we have to answer the same questions. We are now just going to check in when we arrive.

I have 100% trust in my care and treatment with my medical team

Corina was wonderful throughout every aspect of my visit. It was a pleasure meeting her and she gave me the confidence moving forward to feel healthy and secure about my health care in general. Thank you so much.

Corina Gerczak is my doctor. She is the most compassionate, intelligent, loving, kind, humble person and the only person that I would ever see in regards to anything when it comes to my family. My wife is now going to be going to her as well. She is a blessing. I've never had a better doctor in my life. I love her.
