Dr. Collin Hess is by far the most caring doctor I've ever gone to. He is very intelligent and listens very carefully to everything you say. He goes above and beyond what's expected of your G.P. and treats you as if you were part of his family. I trust him explicitly with my health care.

I liked Dr Hess very much. He listened to me and gave very good instructions on what to do. He was willing to discuss options for me to try.

Professional and responsible

Dr Hess did a great job of getting to know me and my family conditions. I felt he was thorough and I didn't feel rushed.

I think Dr. Hess is awesome! I can't say I enjoy going to the doctor, but I know I am in good hands with him. I think he puts in effort as a provider, listens to me, and provides me with good information. He also allows me to have autonomy in my healthcare, which I appreciate it. I recently relocated but fully intend to keep Dr. Hess as my provider - even with the hour plus drive. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. I also think the clinic does a great job - being able to get my lab work done in the same place with such quick turnaround time (so we could review it during the appointment) is extremely efficiently and I think enhances the experience for the patient.

Dr. Hess earned my trust immediately by asking me what pronouns that I used, noticing that there was a discrepancy between the pronouns that were being used by other providers in my chart and communications and the preferred pronouns that I had listed on my intake form. So that is something that immediately earned my trust.
