It was a very good experience. I had my wife with me because I tend to forget things and she was impressed with the staff and doctor. I would like Thank Bellinhealth for taking me on as a patient.

My husband is a resident of Bishop Noa Home. They handle all his medical needs, so it was very easy for me. I came with him to answer questions.

The entire office is amazing. We could not have gotten better medical care. She is amazing. Also, the ladies at the front desk where you check in are amazing as well. It's hard enough dealing with the issues we have to when coming in there. Everyone's empathy is beyond measure. What a great team you have there.

I really liked seeing her. She was very nice, just like all the nurses. I felt comfortable talking with her and I hope I can stay up with her so I can see her more often if I have any problems. Thank you.

I felt the provider was excellent. She knew what she was doing. She explained it very, very well. My disappointment was waiting over 20 minutes, and of course, that's just an impatient thing for me, but it was just a little awkward sitting there and sitting there. But I know people have things to do, and maybe the patient before me or something was late. But that was my disappointment. But the experience with the provider was absolutely excellent.

I was pleased with the friendliness and kindness of the entire staff.

Everything went well fine. I haven't had a chance to check my chart yet, but I'm very happy with it, except for the fact that it took so long to get in there, unfortunately.

This provider was 30 + minutes late. She didn't apologize or explain. Unacceptable.

I agree that she was the best professional doctor I've been to, and my family feels that same way. We really liked her. She was a great experience. I wish more doctors were more like her. Okay, I don't know what to press.

Definitely enjoying my short lil walks through out the house and having soluch an amazing support system has me in complete Aww. Thank you so much again!!!

I felt it was a waste of my fiance' & my time. We couldn't wait for this appointment to get some answers & praying for help with my daily Struggles. It all seemed to be Shrugged off & I was told, there was really nothing she could do. She did Order a EEG Test for me. And hopefully when the results come in, I can see my Old Neurologist Nicole Motkowski. I was hoping to not have to drive to Green Bay, but I No longer want Clarice LaPorte to be my Neurologist.

Yes, I very much enjoy going to see Dr. Laporte. She's very efficient. Her staff is very efficient, very good to the patients, and I would recommend her to anybody, and actually I have. They're very nice. I just, I like going to see her.

Clarice was very thorough. She didn't just type on the computer. She examined me and asked questions. Clarice made me feel like she really cared about my health and issues. Patients my age many times feel like we don't matter anymore so just get us in and out. Clarice didn't do that. Extremely kind and she actually cares. Thank you so very much Clarice.

I was very happy and relieved to have a provider who listened and took me seriously. I felt respected and like she cared. I want her to know she's appreciated.

Every person at Bellin that I have talked too, met, and interacted with have been amazing. My whole care team is honestly some of the most amazing people. I love them all so much!
