The paperwork summaries of what occurred during the appointment and the after appointment instructions, follow up testing and appointments, etc are extremely helpful. Everything is well documented and detailed in writing. Doctor-Patient communication is excellent.

I was extremely satisfied with the examination by Dr. O'Conner. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. He ordered lab tests and applied a heart monitor. The labs were done the next day with results in my online chart later that day. The following day a message received from Doctor that he had reviewed the results and made his remarks. I was extremely impressed with my experience with my care with Bellin Healthcare.

I love them there. They are always so polite, they listen to you about your concerns you may have. They always ask you questions and if you have any questions about anything or your health concerns. Great team of doctor, nurses, receptionists, and lab techs.

Great Knowledgeable Staff

I am very happy we have Bellin here. It's also great that thru Bellin as a patient I am connected with Green Bay when I need to be. There is a smooth transition which is very reassuring.

Everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the lab techs and nurses, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They genuinely listen to your questions and concerns, and they always offer help with a pleasant smile. It makes a significant difference in how comfortable you feel during your visit. I've been so impressed that I'll definitely be recommending this office to others. It's nice to find a place where the staff truly cares about their patients!
