Christine Long is wonderful! Very professional! Explains things so one can understand fully! I am a patient of hers since 2016 and have never thought of changing because she is helpful and honest when dealing with me! I have recommended her to four other people who have been very happy with her and how she has handled their situation.

I had to wait a long time to get into this provider, and I was disappointed with that. My experience on the day of the appointment could not have been better, and I was extremely pleased with this provider and will return to her if I have any further issues.

Dr. Long is an awesome provider. She is intelligent and listens and explains things in an excellent way. I was so lucky to get her by just picking a provider last year for hearing.

Elders definately need assist with the electronics and check in. I did it with ease for my mother, but it was very confusing for her. I want to commend Tina for her expert and compassionate care.

Christine long is just wonderful. Bellin is lucky to have her. 3 of my family see her.

Dr. Long has been a wonderful guide and companion throughout our sons hearing loss journey. We feel very fortunate to be in her care.

It took well over a month to get in to see an audiologist. That is too long of a wait in my opinion.

This is regarding Christine Long in audiology and the experience was fantastic. She was very prompt, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and I mean, you could totally tell that she belonged in her position. That's what she does. And it was great. I was coming up with questions that she probably wouldn't necessarily have to answer from a doctor to a patient, but she cheerfully answered all of my questions. It was a wonderful experience. I would totally recommend her to anyone seeking audiology test reports. Thank you.

I guess I was disappointed that I didn't see Christy Long. The girls that worked for her were excellent. And I wish they would have recommended whether or not I needed new hearing aids. That just left me up in the air. Otherwise, it was all fine. And thank you.

I ordered some supply's and it's great to hear Again. They came today. Actually I called a friend and got their phone number. Found out I had been there before. I didn't go in they handled me over the phone

Your check in is cumbersome. I'm a person who can figure things out but really don't get your system for logging in. Like I said. Cumbersome.

The check in process as you walk into the clinic is frustrating. I do the check in online and prior to my appointment. When I walk in, it would be much faster to have a patient representative check me in and let me go to the appropriate area. Having to do the kiosk and then wait for a wristband takes more time. I have also had to wait in line just to get the wristband after using the Kiosk because of the amount of people. I do not feel this is more efficient in any way.

Echeck in and kiosk check in is too repetitive and redundant
