Care Philosophy

I believe in a patient-centered, food-inclusive and collaborative approach to nutrition. I use evidence-based information when providing nutrition recommendations. My goal is to help patients feel confident that they can make the healthy choice the easy choice after their dietitian appointment.

Personal Statement

When I’m not seeing patients, I spend time with my family. I also enjoy spending time with my horses, especially barrel racing and working with my yearling colt “Bumper.” Other hobbies include sketching, jogging, crocheting and watching “Master Chef.”
