Very professional and courteous....

I really enjoyed meeting specialty provider Cassandra Motkowski and working through questions and recommendations with her through our initial visit. She was courteous of my time (read through my chart ahead of time), knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. She knew the next steps to take with no hesitation, offering holistic and medical treatments in tandem. I am eager for my migraine condition to improve with her supplement recommendations, prescription change, upcoming MRI scan, and new Botox treatment. I am thankful to be admitted to her clinic.

My care team were very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. They took the time to listen to how I was injured at work and offered to advocate for my treatment. Couldn't ask for a greater team of healthcare professionals.

My migraines have gone from four a week to one or two a month. I have my life back!

One of the nurses made a not so good face expression when taking my vitals and so I get anxiety going to dr appointments and so her expression didn't help the matter and yes my BP is usually higher than normal and most don't make faces like this ? and most I've dealt with keep a pleasant smile look on their faces. And have reassurance. Other than that moment the rest of my time with her was okay.

Cassandra Motkowski, her nurses, and the lab are all such great health care professionals. I absolutely trust the Bellin team for my health-care needs.

Everybody there treats you like family, especially Mrs. Motkowski. She listened to me and we talked about it and she increased my one medication to help me out and I really appreciate it. She always has done good to me and my restless leg. She's the only one that was able to correct most of it. So I really appreciate and have a happy new year and God bless.

Everything went well

All ladies were extremely nice and professional. I had to change my appointment because I was scheduled for surgery with another healthcare provider. I also needed to be seen by year end (insurance). Cassie took me in on what could have been her lunch hour. I went to give her a hug because I feel comfortable and she gave me the biggest hug back.

Everyone was very professional and caring . I did recommend someone that day.

She is a wonderful Dr and assistant who listened attentively and provided excellent recommendations.
