She was very kind and answered all my questions.

Varolyn Hale is absolutely the best!!! You are very lucky to have her.

I preferred getting the one page report of my blood tests rather than individual reports on my Chart. Quicker and easier to read. I had the NA? and liked her very much.

I thought Carolyn listened very patiently and really took a lot of time to explain what she thought was going on and if I had any further complaints to come back. So I was very happy with her.

I was given an appointment right away because they recognized how serious my condition was. Meeting Carolyn for the first time because Mitch wasn't able to see me was an excellent experience and I definitely would have no issues seeing her again. She's professional, knowledgeable, very thorough. I had a complete workup, blood workup, ruling things out and she just did such a good job and then conferred with Mitch. I have a follow-up with him in two days actually. I was extremely, extremely pleased from the minute I walked into the doors until I left. She's doing a great job. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to talk about her.

I just wanted to compliment the doctor that saw me the other day. I'm usually one of those people that don't like change and I don't like not being able to see my Jacob Meyer, which I usually see. It was just a very good experience and I would be more than welcoming to see her anytime. She was wonderful and welcoming and understanding. So I appreciate her.

I should not have to fill out the I-Pad questions every time I come in. One time should be enough. Always answer same questions every time.

I was unable to reach a live person to determine the most appropriate provider for my care. I waited on hold for 20 minutes over 2 different days before giving up and scheduling through the app. It was unusual and concerning about the future.

I like that when I asked a question, I got natural remedies besides just a prescription. I love that there's other choices.
