The digital experience can be improved. I would prefer a search field, with an automatic prompt, and still the ability to type in the search field. There are too many file folders for mobile users to efficiently select on a small screen. Inevitably, I will be asked about my medical port at an appointment; and I fret every time as to where the information is located.

Doctor Cameron Werner was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the whole experience and the nurses and staff were very polite and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you.

Positive experience; x-ray ordered and done the same day as my visit right at clinic. A great convenience. PT consult ordered and the PT office reached out to me the next day. I am pleased with the efficiency.

Not being tech savvy at my age, I have struggled with "My Chart".

The nurse I had was 10 also Dr Cameron was very attentive.

Having to go through the pre-appointment questions each time is aggravating. Especially when my appointments were a couple of days apart. Have a system to point out any changes rather than the whole scan.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with Dr. Werner. He took me off a medicine that causes severe withdrawal effects and he did not tell me to taper it. He did not ask how much of a supply I had, just took me off of it. And he used the excuse of he had patients OD on meds and that was just a flat out his reasoning behind taking me off the medicine. There was no individual patient responsibility that I saw coming from him.

Didn't get the results of the x ray!!

It went very well and I felt well cared for.

I checked in at the front desk 30 minutes before my appointment. I turned off my phone, as I do with every important meeting. I sat and waited, and waited, and waited, and after 35 minutes PAST my appointment time, I went to the desk to see what was going on. It turns out I WASN'T checked in! The large poster where I sat said to let the desk know if 30 min. had passed; on my way out, two signs near the bathroom said, " tell us if we're 15 minutes late " ! Why two different messages?? I received apologies which I appreciated. Also, when I turned my phone on in the car, there was a text from you asking if "I was there." I think it's rude for phones to be on in facilities where "customers" could be upset by the noise...

Dr. Werner and his nurse were fantastic, I could not ask for any better care. They were very helpful and caring.
