Having to check in a week prior and complete a questionnaire, and then complete it again when arriving for an appointment, is too often. Is the pre-check data not stored and updated?

I thought everything went well for my first appointment.

Everything was good no complaints

A normal endoscopy does not provide any healing to the patient and should not make it more difficult to get a referral to a gastroenterologist.

I appreciated the entire experience from referral to the appointment. The pre-visit format was smooth and helpful. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This was my first appointment with Bellin/Emplify GI and it was very satisfying and helpful.

The doctor I met with was very understanding

I just think you have to fill out too much paperwork all the time when you just have to be seen. My example is I was at the clinic in Howard two hours before did the paperwork there for check-in, and then went to check in at the gastrologist and then had to check in there and fill out all the same questions even though I just did it two hours before

Cali and her nurse were outstanding. They listened to what I had to say about what I was dealing with. Cali then explained to me what things we could do to figure out what was going on with me. Its like every detail was taken care of.
