The check-in process always is a questionable experience for me. I wish it were easier even and I did the pre-check online. So I'm just saying as far as the doctor was concerned, Dr. Larson was a fantastically good doctor. He took care of me, explained the options, and we went from there. And what he has suggested has worked very well so far. Hopefully it will continue.

Yeah, Dr. Larson and his staff are always so friendly and outgoing. It's a pleasure to see any of them and I'm so happy I made the choice of Dr. Larson for my knee.

My experience going through the appointment with Dr. Larson and everybody else that helped me during that appointment was very helpful and very understanding and compassionate and I truly appreciate it.

The entire Bellin staff is great! They are all very friendly and helpful! Dr Larson listens to my concerns and addresses any issues I might have. He takes his time explaining things and I never feel rushed. I totally trust my care to the Bellin Staff!

Did very well on everything, but need an MRI. Wish I could have get in sooner than the schedule appointment.

My chart check in is a waste of time, went through the pre check prior to arrival and had to do the same thing when I arrived. I would suggest either fix it or forget it.

Dr Larson is a very pleasant person and I liked his humor I feel comfortable around humorous professionals it was a refreshing visit and he told me to decide while explaining the pros and cons he was honest about it his nurse was also very up beat and kind

Although the radiologist's summary of my xrays was included in mychart, I would have like to have seen the actual xray posted there as well. Don't know if that's possible or practical.

All the staff was courteous and helpful. Also, very efficient. Dr. Larson was forthright and informed us of the situation in question and gave us confidence in his expertise.

I did pre check in and again it asks the same questions when you get to your appointment. I can see updating a few questions but not them all again.

Dr. Larson has done a hip replacement on me before. Everything went extremely well.
