Brooke E. McComb is phenomenal at what she does.

Yes, Brooke is a very good provider. However, I have found that whenever I've had an issue, a real problem, I can never get in. She's always overbooked and I've ended up going to urgent care more times than I've ever been able to see her. That's a definite problem. Also, the questionnaires on my chart are totally ridiculous. It's too much. But anyways, my biggest issue is I can never get in to see my main provider when I have a problem.

Brooke is amazing! She is so thoughtful, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. The nurse is an absolute rock star! They both go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and I truly appreciate everything they do.

I always find bellin employees to be very sweet. They make me feel so comfortable.

I waited over 30 minutes to be called back for my annual check up. That has never been the case since I first started at Bellin over 10 years ago. It was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, I love Brooke, she is amazing! She is very compassionate, makes everything easy to understand, and always answers my questions in an informative way.

Brooke and her team continue to show me with courtesy and respect. She makes me feel like family and not a number on her schedule. She takes my feelings and opinions into her decisions and makes me feel included. Thank YOU Brooke for all you do for me!

I checked in 15 minutes early but waited almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I had to ask if they forgot me because the whole waiting room turned out and I was still sitting there. I was checked in incorrectly so that was the problem why I was never called back by my care team.

I love Brooke McComb. Being a male, I always thought I needed to see a male doctor thinking they'd understand me and my issues better, I was wrong. I always left my appointments feeling worse than I did going into them. I chose Brooke and I couldn't be happier. She welcomed me as a patient as if I had been seeing her for years. She shows true care in you as a person. She's always pushed me to be more positive with my negative feelings, agreeing with some but in a caring demeanor. She shows understanding of my problems and that I'm not alone, I'm human. She educates me on the multiple ways to improve my health instead of pushing one dramatic fix, that doesn't work for everyone.
