The hospital down there in Green Bay was amazing. The Bellin up here in Iron Mountain, Kingsford area needs better doctors like you guys have.

Overall, an extremely efficient process. Got me in, got me out, made me feel like I was comfortable at home and very well taken care of.

I felt rushed out of the appointment. I asked for restrictions I got none. I didn't receive any direction on how to manage my injury until my mri. They were aware I was out of my previously prescribed pain meds and never mentioned or offered to refill I had to resort to telemedicine for refills. I over all wasn't pleased with my visit

Don't send a questionnaire every week while I go through Theraphy! Sometimes I have 2 Theraphy and a doctors appointment in same week and have a questionnaire for each one! VERY OVER WHELMiNG!

Excellent experience and care, as always!

My experience began with the Walk-In Orthopedic Injury Assessment. We were able to see Brittani that same morning after some X-rays. She was absolutely excellent with a full explanation of the X-ray results and what specifically is the likely cause surrounding the shoulder issues. She provided a clear action and why the injection would be beneficial. The injection itself was quite tolerable and she was clear on what expect soon after, later in the day and going forward. This was an excellent total experience and all set up by the no-cost, injury assessment evaluation. Well done everyone!

I was a walk in, no appt. I was called back while I was still signing in. Same thing happened when I was checking for X-rays and to see doctor. I've never had service as quick and caring as I did that day. Amazed.
