The lady that I checked in with was also going to go check for x-ray well she never did me and the blood taker lady we got it never seen that lady from front come back and do nothing. But everything else was wonderful.

Very hard to get into ,

With my past providers, I felt rushed and not taken seriously. I was heard, and my concerns were addressed. I switched over to Bellin after 20 years elsewhere. I value what was said.

I truly trust the care that I get at Bellin. I feel like both Dr. La Crosse and Brian Guindon explain things, treat me like a person, and they treat me with dignity and respect.

I was in and out so fast. I did understand all Brian Guindon did. I just love this whole place.

I appreciate the nursing staff that handle the digital support. They are on top of things.

I was scheduled for an appointment at a later date, but was able to easily get in from a cancellation.

Best place to be taken care of there the Best.

I really feel that Brian was a fantastic person to visit with me and to help me and I would highly recommend him to anyone. And the only ones at the clinic that I did not like was the receptionist when I walked into the window because they are not very, very pleasant. And that's all I have to say. Thank you.

Amazing staff and great experience

I've had some very complex medical conditions and procedures over the last year and my provider has kept very informed and reviewed everything thoroughly with me

My experience was a bit on the "not the best visit" due to the doctor being behind his/my time for my appointment. There were two patients ahead of me that the doctor had to see. My arrival time was 4:15. I walked out of the building at 6:05. I'm put off, yes, but sometimes things happen. I think if this could have been avoided, it wouldn't have happened.

I am satisfied with the visit.

Honestly it was the best doctor experience I've ever had. I was very impressed and I felt well cared for and even comfortable.

Dr Guindon is a great doctor

Brian Guindon has an exceptional way of explanation and discussion of health issues. He is very knowledgeable when asked about anything I brought up at the appointment. He is a valuable asset to the clinic and patients.

I had a great experience with Brian. I felt like he took the time to talk about my issue, asked a lot of questions, and I left there feeling like he would help me figure out the cause of my symptoms.

Brian answered all our questions and if it wasn't for Brian telling us that he would like us to check out a spot that he noticed on one of the tests we had done at OSF we wouldn't of known that I had bladder cancer. We credit Brian for making us go check it out even if it was nothing. We are so glad that we followed his advice. We caught bladder cancer early. We thank Brian Guindon for watching out for us.
