Care Philosophy

I believe exceptional patient care begins with listening, understanding each patient’s unique goals and values and developing a collaborative treatment plan that helps them return to the activities they love while reducing their risk of future injury. My approach combines evidence-based practice, individualized exercise, hands-on treatment and meaningful patient education, because I believe understanding the “why” behind treatment empowers patients to become active participants in their recovery. My goal is to provide every patient with the knowledge, confidence and tools they need to take ownership of their health, build lifelong healthy habits, restore function, optimize performance and reduce the risk of future injury long after their time in the clinic.

Personal Statement

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends. I like to hike, fish, golf, run and cheer on all Wisconsin sports teams, especially the Green Bay Packers. Sports and competition have always been a big part of who I am. I love the challenge of competing, whether it’s on the field, in the gym, during a backyard game or around the card table. I also believe it’s important to prioritize my own physical and mental well-being through regular exercise, time outdoors, reading, music and meaningful time with the people I care about.
