A good experience

I needed a wheelchair and valet parking. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful and kind.

I really like Dr. Gietman and felt he really cared about my condition and not rushing into surgery. He sent me for further testing which I appreciate. He didn't rush through the visit but answered my questions and explained what he thought my condition was.

Great expirience. Made what could have been stressful or scary very comfortable and easy. Thank you!

All the Doctors and staff are great. The electronics is overwhelming at times.

Hi, I'm just waiting to find out about the biopsy, what the results were. I'm hoping for good results. Today was day four. I'm hoping to hear soon. I'm hoping to hear I'm cancer-free. Thank you.

I think there should be a way, if you've been a patient recently, in the last 3 months, if no information (personal, medical, insurance) has changed, to check one box "nothing has changed." It is both repetitious and annoying.

The doctor hasn't put many trach in. He had to try 4 or 5 times, but he did get it slid in.

Dr. Gietman, his assistant, and the check-in staff on 4th floor were incredibly helpful. Dr. Gietman was friendly and skilled. He sent a message on MyChart as well which was greatly appreciated. The scheduling required a couple phone calls, and the check-in individual on the ground floor was only mildly helpful, but the ENT group on 4th floor were all great!

I would very highly recommend Dr. Gietman and staff, and I think I may have selected a zero instead of a ten. So I'm not sure. I'm not sure that my answers were correct. Thank you. Have a great day.

I'm not completely clear about my condition and symptoms, except that my sore throat must be from acid reflux. I am scheduled for an EGD and hopefully will be able to speak with the GI doctor.

When called for appt said I couldn't see doctor, that nurse would determine who to see. Said nurse educated & I said doctor more educated. Told her I had symptoms over 4 months. Felt like did not have choice to see a doctor. Disappointing. Should not have to talk in circles to phone contact person as what was needed for my situation.

The doctor was amazing. He probably saved my life.

The nurse and Dr. Gietman were very kind and listened intently to me as I explained the reason for my visit. They both explained the in office procedure I had in great detail and assured me it was a quick and easy process (and it was). Once the procedure was over Dr. Gietman went over the images and explained next steps if I need them or wish to proceed. Thank you to both of them for making this visit a pleasant experience!

Doctor listened well and asked me questions about what I was experiencing. He also explained things well. Very pleasant experience overall all. I left with a clear understanding of my issue and what to do first to treat it. He also explained the next steps and options if the first option was not working. Definitely would recommend him to others.
