I love Dr. Biernat she has been great provider.

The on line check in process is cumbersome and duplicates. It is the same whether for an actual doctor appointment or a lab. It also does not take into account whether you've completed for an appointment a few days prior to the upcoming appointment.

Dr. Biernat is a wonderful primary care physician. I'm so glad she is my doctor.

I'm just having a problem accessing my chart. I think I have an account. The person at the clinic said she sent me a code through email, but it never showed up. So I still have not been able to access my chart. And that is something I have to follow up on and try to figure out how to access. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Kept waiting a long time (45 minutes) for the doctor to show up for my appointment which was first thing in the morning. Didn't review my history compared to my current situation.

I love Dr. Biernat as a doctor, she listens to everything I say, and ask questions I didn't think about. Her care is so soothing to me and I trust her totally. She also has a caring nurse working with her. I always share my opinions with them if they are looking for a great doctor which includes Bellin.

The emplify app is a bit dysfunction yet. The family history doesn't work correctly and errors out taking way to long to complete it. My last couple appointments the provider has been very late to my appointment. The LPn called and told me to come later that afternoon. I usually don't mind waiting but I do have other appointments and things I must be on time for also and this puts me behind. And I felt like she was rushed with my appointment as an annual exam spending only about 10 minutes with me trying to catch up.

All went extremely well.

I really like Dr Biernat and her staff. I feel like a human being and I matter to them. Dr Biernat takes the time to listen to my concerns.

I fibx your digital system very difficult to use. In fact, generally , I simply don't use it! I neither need or want multiple steps to get my information. Redo the system to make it simple and straightforward!!!

Hi, Dr. Bozena Biernat is a wonderful internist. I've seen her for many years. She's very thorough and very caring. I really enjoy her as my doctor. And she should be applauded for being so kind and considerate and such a good listener. Also, her staff is wonderful. The nurses, the assistants, the receptionists, everyone's wonderful.

The doctors and the whole care team are knowledgeable and caring. Very fine team all be around.

My experience at this site (East De Pere) was very good. Dr Biernat is exceptional, in my opinion.

Not sure why I got text the day before my appt "changing" my appt time when it had been scheduled at my prior annual physical the year before. Added Medicare Wellness Nurse appt 15 min. earlier. Ok. The online check-in seemed like overkill when I did the same check-in for labs 2 days prior. Otherwise my care from Dr. Biernat is wonderful and all staff too.
