Since the switch to Emplify, I have been unable to access Mychart. I am also very unhappy that I was switched to electronic billing without my knowledge or consent.

The reception ladies are absolutely excellent and Dr. Lemke could do no better than she already does. I love her. She is a fabulous doctor and fabulous at explaining things and going through everything with me. She's wonderful. I hope she never retires.

Dr Lemke & staff are always professional, very accommodating & pleasant. I drive 45 min from Green Bay because of the care I receive from Dr Lemke.
