This was my first time seeing Billie Bal and it was a really nice experience. I didn't feel rushed in any way and everything was explained with great detail. She took alot if time with me, I'm happy I went to see her.

I was in the waiting area for 55 minutes before I was called for my X-ray appointment. Although I understand there was a problem with the X-ray machine, it would have been less stressful for me if someone let me know about the delay. After waiting 45 minutes I went to the check in desk to question the issue. They were able to get the answer to the problem. Nevertheless it did complicate my afternoon schedule.

The pre check in was ridiculous. I tried and tried to get to my chart. I entered the code over and over..... nothing worked!!! There has to be an easier way to get access to my chart. I never got it. Never did read the results. So it was a terrible experience!!!!

I was so relieved to get an appt ASAP. The provider, PA Billie Bal was great. She listened to all by questions and provided thorough answers. She was patient and caring. The entire team was great.

Billie was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of ideas on things I could do possibly for better health on my ankles, and also recommended me for therapy, which I'm going to starting this Wednesday. She also gave me some other suggestions, which I appreciate for my knees. I actually thought she was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and actually very nice. So, yes, I would recommend her again to someone.

Billie was absolutely great! She's beautiful and her caring nature shows in her actions! She was so helpful and listened to me! She also provided me with more information on my recovery and included some other favorites when it came to braces and shoes!

I appreciate how well I was listened to and the options for treatment.

I felt listened to and Billie explained everything so I could understand what was causing my pain and gave me some great options on how to proceed with my treatments ...

Very kind and helpful staff all around! As for the pre-check in process: there is a question about alcohol use with answers that go from no alcohol consumption to drink once a week. Neither of those fit me. Could one be added that says once a month, or less than once a week? I fall more into a less than once a month category, actually.

Check in is redundant and annoying

I appreciated that the care provider didn't feel rushed and created the space for me to ask questions about everything I was curious about to build understanding of my own body.

Billie Bal is an amazing provider. She really listened to me. I felt heard. She didn't rush me through. She thoroughly explained what was wrong and what steps I need to take to start healing. I felt cared for. I feel like Billie really cared about me as a patient. I will recommend any family and friends to Billie for all their foot and ankle needs.

The comprehensive explanation of my health problem is easy to understand. They don't rush things either! Highly recommend this healthcare institution to my friends!
