Billie was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of ideas on things I could do possibly for better health on my ankles, and also recommended me for therapy, which I'm going to starting this Wednesday. She also gave me some other suggestions, which I appreciate for my knees. I actually thought she was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and actually very nice. So, yes, I would recommend her again to someone.

Billie was amazing

Billie was absolutely great! She's beautiful and her caring nature shows in her actions! She was so helpful and listened to me! She also provided me with more information on my recovery and included some other favorites when it came to braces and shoes!

Very kind and helpful staff all around! As for the pre-check in process: there is a question about alcohol use with answers that go from no alcohol consumption to drink once a week. Neither of those fit me. Could one be added that says once a month, or less than once a week? I fall more into a less than once a month category, actually.

Billie Bal is an amazing provider. She really listened to me. I felt heard. She didn't rush me through. She thoroughly explained what was wrong and what steps I need to take to start healing. I felt cared for. I feel like Billie really cared about me as a patient. I will recommend any family and friends to Billie for all their foot and ankle needs.
