Your pre check-in stuff is redundant to the kiosk so I won't be doing it in advance. Also the "have you arrived/ have you been seen" text are annoying.

Ben is an exceptional provider. Very very thorough. I have numerous medical issues that we discussed. He ordered numerous tests and procedures to get to my root cause. Extremely satisfied with him.

The reception people were smiling and very helpful and did a great job. The medical staff was also professional, courtesy, they listened, explained answers to my questions proficiently. They did a good job. Give them a raise.

He is a very, very good nurse practitioner for gastroenterology. I am very lucky to have him for my heath. I appreciate him and the nurse. Thank you both for listening.

I felt comfortable, being my first time there. Dr Villwock took his time with me and answered all my questions I had. I didn't feel rushed or like being brushed off. He had the utmost empathy, so did the nurse.
