I was very impressed by a followup phone call by Ben Moreau after returning home from my appointment.

I have been very satisfied with the care and results of my visits at Bellin.

The communication with ortho and the prior auth department seems to be a problem. Also, prior auth department did not really check back to see that my insurance was entered. So when I called back to make sure it did in fact get loaded in, and confirmed it was , I still had calls about providing my insurance, and then a call did O still want to proceed with the prior auth for the procedure. I give up. I am not sure all would go well with a procedure after this experience. What happened since you went to Emplify? It used to be better when I worked there and when it was just Bellin.

Everything was extremely efficient the minute I walked in. I was early and I was taken for x-rays immediately. And when I was done with x-rays, I was taken right to the doctor's office. This is the best experience I've had since, I don't know, forever. Thank you very much.
