Dr. Ebben examined my bunions & explained the options available to me. Unlike an auto mechanic, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Instead he was honest & thoroughly explained the reasons why he felt I did not need a surgical procedure done at this time. I was relieved to hear his opinion.

I had to wait quite a long time in the room before the Dr. came in & no one checked or told me he would be in soon,etc. At my Bellin/Emplify PCP clinic check-in there's a sign that says "let us know if you've been waiting more than 15-20 min" & I find that respectful.

Dr Ebben was very helpful with explaining everything about my health condition. Billie the Physical Therapist was also very helpful with offering ideas to manage my foot injury.

Went for 2nd opinion and the new diagnosis seems to fil the issue and so far slowly improving. Wonderful facility and care team

Everyone was very personable. The doctor listened to all my concerns and I appreciated his input on what we're going to try first and see if that works.

When test results are available in MyChart it would be nice to see the X-rays or CT scans. They are of your body so you should able to see things. Also, it would be nice for normal English to be used instead of medical terms.
