I waited 90 min and never saw the Dr. , I went to the waiting room from the room thy put me in and told them that I had been waiting for an hour and a half and the Dr. never showed. I didn't wait any longer because I had things to do. No one check on me since the nurse took my blood pressure and weighed me in. They told me that they would call to reschedule and it has been 2 days and no call as of yet.

I learned a lot.

I was professionally with respect & care listened to, told what the probably is and what treatment plan I should do

Your scheduling team needs to communicate better with less confusion... not trying to schedule two appointments within an hour at locations 1.5 hours traveling distance apart
