I finally found a Dr that listens to my questions. I totally thought that I finally found a Dr that is so wonderful. Then Dr Austin told me was leaving at the end of the year. I'm distraught to say the least, but he suggested 2 other Drs that would be good for my needs & questions. Thank you for caring.

I was very impressed with Dr. Greenwood. He was very competent. I look forward to having him as my primary provider.

I can not access my chart. It says I have an account but I have no idea the information associated with it to access it. Also I was stuck getting Labs and I was called for my appointment. The nurse called my cell while I was getting blood work and stated the lab told her I was not there. I was there and no one even checked to see who was getting labs done.

Frankly My brllin heLth page always worked easier than the mychart page. Howrver afyer tnis mosy recent batagd of useychart seems yo be on its way. I still co fised why I want to use passkey as I haf previously added my passkey and yet at thr log in page when selected the log in using passkey I would get avmessage I had not established a passkey yet once I got that use passkey again after one other click it would finally accept thte finger print. .yet if Ingo.backnyo log in.it will.,ot accept

I have had a good experience with most of the appointments I have been to.

We have already referred other individuals to Dr. Greenwood based on the care he provided to my husband. My visit solidified how much we appreciate the care he gives his patience and how he communicates.

I would like to always have my blood pressure checked by the doctors at Berlin Health.

Still mad that Bellin closed all their gyms. Being active for seniors is so important. You can see where Bellin's priorities lie.

Dr. Greenwood is the best primary care physician I have had during my lifetime of multiple physicians. My wife, same age, agrees hands down. He is consistently patient as I explain my various medical issues, knowledgeable in his ability to treat/addres; each one and he is a really good guy. In my humble opinion, he is a professional who takes his oath seriously (reaping benefits to each of his patients).

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous and above all, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate Doctor Greenwood's knowledge and demeanor. He is truly amazing.

This is 1st time we met Dr Austin Greenwood in Dr Bedi's absence. We were impressed with his genuine concern for us. He was extremely pleasant and took care so efficiently. He treated my husband but explained his treatment step by step. He was like a breath of a fresh air.
