Expert care. But they are very stingy with pain killers. I always have to ask for them after visit. We're adults not crackheads. I'm in pain give me the painkillers

I am thankful for each person who does their best at whatever part they have in giving health care to us. With all that they have to do in a day, I appreciate being greeted and heard in a way that helps me feel there is enough time and attention to my concerns as possible. I did have that experience when I came which was my first time. Thank you.

The initial lab check-in was good, but then you go into another room to sit down and wait. There's a separate check-in there, but not for the lab apparently. When asked if I needed to check in there as well, I was answered snarkily. It would help if there was a sign clarifying so that these people don't get unnecessarily bothered. Also, on MyChart for Preparation in the Labs Section , it's necessary to put if one has to fast beforehand or not. This saves your personnel and the patient from having to rebook the appointment.

I really like my provider Ashley Hall and have recommended her to family members.

From the front desk to the person bringing me in, to the nurse, to the provider, everybody does a great job. And I've been going and bringing my son to a lot of different offices, clinics, and doctors, and hospitals. You guys do a great job. Thank you.

The pre check-in on My Chart is very repetitive

Ashley and her nurses were absolutely amazing with my children the entire visit and it was actually enjoyable to go to the appointment.

Ashley Hall and all of her girls are amazing. Like I can't even explain amazing. Just so compassionate. The bedside manner is like the olden days when people are respectful and sit down and actually give you eye contact and actually hear what you're saying. So phenomenal. Just above all the rest I've ever seen.

Just remember not everyone has a computer or a smart phone to use and still should have an easy way for them to get the information they need with computers,

Ashley Hall was awesome, listened and we came to an agreement for treatment, and also answered all my question, and went above what was needed, even answered my 8 yr old granddaughter's questions. Very confident with our plan of treatment

Ashley Hall does a phenomenal job She listens to your concerns, engages you in her findings and works towards resolution. The auxiliary staff are very courteous and professional. They work well as a team.
