Ashley and the whole care team provided excellent care. Addressed all of my concerns and questions. I felt that they listened to my concerns and addressed them. I trust my health care needs with Ashley.

The two nurses I encountered at this location (one for labs and the other for my physical appointment) as well as Ashley Birder have been great! I am very anxious when it comes to medical things and clinics, but the nurses and Ashley Birder truly calmed me down and made me feel at ease with everything. The check-in staff were great, too. Genuinely thanking me for checking in online ahead of time.

The nurse was awesome, as well as Ashley Birder. They checked to make sure that I had all my future appointments, went through everything with me. It was very, very thorough and I always appreciate the staff.

I have a very difficult time getting into My Chart.

The nurse was extremely helpful, especially to help me with MyChart. My husband had had a stroke and doctor was very understanding of his anxiety.

I was able to get medical attention soon.

I would not be surprised if my initial concerns prove to be accurate despite having been discounted by the provider.

Ashley Birder is a compassionate listener and takes the time to listen to all questions and concerns.

Ashley was on time and was able to figure out my issue very fast. She ordered my prescriptions right away. I made a second appointment with her for next Monday to check on my situation and progress.
