The attendant that put my heart monitor on was, didn't seem to understand or explain everything thoroughly and also forgot to give me the box to send the heart monitor back to the provider.

Once you get in everything is great, I struggle to understand why I need to wait three or four months to see someone.

I did the online check in at home, but still needed to answer more questions at the kiosk before getting my wristband, somewhat annoying.

One of the problems I have is scheduling you guys have to try to get there on time and rush and you never get to be the time you're scheduled.

Care was good. Internet could use some work especially when a question does't have one of the supplied answers.

when you preregister on line and then you show up for the apt. I need to go through all types of questions to check in. I feel if you fill out on line when you check in you should I.D. myself and your I.D. bracelet is given to me and that's it . your system needs to be improved.
