It wasn't pleasant to hear that my condition doesn't have a cure.

This was my first experience with Ann. I found her very pleasant and easy to understand.

Had my annual appt, called a medicare appointment by your business, and got the impression it was all according to Medicare's guidance, not what I need. If Medicare doesn't cover a preventative shot, I have to go to a pharmacy. They didn't consider I pay full price for Blue Cross also.

I was worried when I had to find a new doctor/clinic but everyone at Bellin made me feel welcome.

I am very pleased with the efficient service and friendly staff.

Have not received a call about scheduling a mammogram yet. I'm assuming they will call me to schedule but not totally sure. It's been 3 days.

I needed to be seen and my primary doc was not available. Ann came in, took time to review my situation and ask questions. It isn't easy to see a patient you're not familiar with who has an ongoing issue. She stepped in, assessed, and kept me moving toward a solution. Even though I couldn't see my regular provider, I felt I was in good hands with Ann's knowledge and professionalism

I was supposed to get a referral to Green Bay for sleep apnea. They never called to give me an appointment. No call Friday or today. So I don't know if I have to call

I also saw a nurse practitioner student! He was very knowledgeable and very compassionate! Ann was able to quickly determine what was going on and treat my knee pain very effectively! I would recommend anybody I know to go see her!

The new nurse practitioner was extremely thoughtful. She considered all of my symptoms and took time to consider options for treatment. I was really pleased with this first visit.

Ann is a super good provider and if I needed, I would absolutely see her again. She actually listened to me and provided lots of helpful info that no other provider I'd seen about this issue had told me. Very thankful for her help with pain management and suggestions on keeping the pain minimal.

All of them were very caring and understanding. It's a great environment to be in. They explain things very well. And they message back directly thru the app my chart if you message them with a question. I would highly recommend Bellin Heath Care to anyone. My husband and I have been with Bellin for years. I have been very pleased with my care at the Menominee clinic. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has been very supportive and helpful.
