Auto check in sucked, I didn't know that going into oncology ment that I couldn't use the kiosk, and when I got help with my check in they forgot to put me into the system so they knew that I was waiting.

Have not been able to sign into My Chart.

When I first heard I had cancer I felt overwhelmed in what to expect. But after meeting all the Drs. at cancer center, I felt at peace and could depend on them to reassure through process.

Dr. B does very well in communicating with my wife with dementia even though she is very difficult to communicate with. She tries her best to make her feel comfortable and keeps asking her the questions, trying to get responses out of her that help her make a diagnosis, etc.

Very satisfied that I am in good hands. Everything expedited due to time factor related to diagnosis. Detailed instructions regarding treatment plan were given. All questions answered. Trust this very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate doctor completely!
