I absolutely loved Amy! She took her time and listened to me! That is the difference between Aurora and Bellin...Aurora has you limited to 15-20 min visits and bellin actually gives their providers time with their patients!

After seeing 2 other providers in my area, I traveled 2 hours to see Amy who was recommended by a friend. She was so kind and listened to my concerns and my health history. I felt so much better after seeing her. Just feeling heard and knowing she was committed to helping improve my health made me feel so much better than visits with other providers.

Amy Mathison was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and I felt very validated when I was talking to her and listing my concerns. She explained things well and it was the first time in a few years that I actually felt like a provider listened to everything I had to say.

Overall, a great experience, but the check-in process at desk and with nurse could have been more transparent. What is their role, what will happen, here's what to expect, etc. The provider was amazing.

The provider Amy Mathison was so kind and caring. She listened to me intently and was honest. I felt very comfortable. Her nurse or MA on the other hand was rude, short and had the personality of a rock.
