Amy Zabel NP was extremely helpful and got me into an ultrasound guided injection within in the same visit by Dr. Brannen, who made the time.

I gave a referral to one of my friends and suggested a second option. He was scheduled to have knee replacement, after being examined, he opted for the non surgery treatment.

I think the check-in process was really difficult. She asked me probably 50 questions after I did the MyChart eCheck-in and she was very rude to me. The other thing was the scheduling an MRI. I had an injury and I had to have to wait two weeks, which just seems kind of ridiculous. Otherwise, the provider was great. The nurse was great. It's just those two things that I think could be improved. Thank you.

Amy Zabel, APNP, is a compassionate, personable, professional and highly skilled medical provider. I go to Amy Zabel for injections in both knees, and her technique and skill amazes me because it honestly doesn't hurt. I highly recommend Amy Zabel.

Yes, this experience with Amy and the other provider was excellent as I indicated with all tens. If this is something that's going to be read by people, which I hope are listened to, I will add that you can ask the chief medical officer in the hospital about my experience at my knee surgery. He'll understand if you give him my name. And this will indicate that when I get great service, I appreciate it. And when I don't, I need to respond. So this was great service. And I think Amy is a wonderful nurse practitioner. And she did a great job and my shoulder feels so much better.

Amy was excellent to work with, along with Krista in previous appointments. Both of them have been great to work with regards to my knee surgery. They listen and explain. The team had no desire to listen to my needs, terrible!

The check-in process is no longer "welcoming" as it is all computerized. I do not like the Emplyfiy Health app as well as I liked the My Bellin app. I feel like the providers are more rushed and can't spend as much time with the clients now that it is Emplyfy Health.

I tried to complete the pre-check in online. Since I had a new insurance company, I didn't see where I could update that information with check in, so my online check in came to a halt. I updated my health insurance in person when I came in for appointment.

Was incredibly thrilled with care team and Amy. They were very informative and made me feel very comfortable. Got in for appointment right away. X-ray's, and released fluid around my knee, and gave steroid injection with absolute care and compassion. Could not thank them enough

I went in with an injury to my knee and was able to get an appt and x-ray almost immediately after the first person who evaluated me, it was amazing service. Also got my PT scheduled within a week which was great! Thank you and your staff for the good job they do.

I was a last minute appointment that Bellin found a way to fit me in. And I was treated very quickly and everyone was so nice.

I appreciated that Kevin and Amy both had reviewed my records and films before my visit with them and they understood what was going on with me and also treated me as a comrade and fellow professional, but yet answered any questions or cleared up any things that I didn't quite understand.

I've seen many Bellin doctors in the past for this issue and she is the only one who really understood and took the time to review my records and come up with a plan to help.

I was very impressed with my experience at the Titletown Clinic.

I talked to Dr. Amy about my situation in my shoulder. We figured it was probably brsitis, which I think it turned out to be because I've had great relief after an injection she gave me. She told me to get in touch with her in a week and a half if I was having any more issues, but I'm not. I've seen much improvement. I'm very impressed, very glad that I came to see her.

Everyone I encountered during my visit was wonderful! Very pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. That was my first visit and I would highly recommend to family and friends.
