It is sometimes hard to log into Emplify my chart

i like the small clinic that you are still a person knot a number

I think asking a patient to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time and then we sit for 20 minutes to be called into a room is ridiculous... our time as a patient is just as valuable as a physician. I thought my appt was at 10:15.... To be told it was actually 10:30 and I arrived at 10:00 so I wouldn't be late. Needless to say I sat for 35 minutes. Not happy.

I always feel like I am well cared for at my visits. The staff is all so welcoming and friendly.

I've had an ongoing medical condition since January. I repeatedly have been told that I'm not allowed to schedule appointments. I'm not able to be seen for what I'm having a problem for. I've been to urgent care multiple times, was sent to the hospital, then was told to follow back up with my physician. I was still not allowed to schedule an appointment. And then when I finally came in for my yearly physical, I was not listened. I have not been listened to for over a year as far as my care is considered. Then the physician just made a new appointment for me and labs. She did not even ask me if I wanted to be seen with her again in the future. I have canceled all my future appointments and do not want to be seen by her again. Thank you.

Id like to thank the entire team of nurses for doing an exceptionally outstanding job and making my visit very satisfying.

I was locked out of the get ready questionnaire so I was unable to complete before my appointment. Otherwise everything was done in a very timely manner.

Dr. Cvengros is one of the best doctors you have. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she always makes you feel like you are important.

My appointment was cancelled due to the clinic closing for a storm and I was able to get rescheduled as soon as the clinic opened. The service was quick and the staff were all helpful and kind. Dr Cvengros is so on top of my healthcare concerns. She is genuine, kind, caring and listens to my concerns. She never makes me feel rushed and is so efficient. I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician.

The nurse was very helpful and helped us with an appointment for my husband's surgery. She's very friendly and knowledgeable on what to do. The doctor was also excellent. She explained the medications my husband is taking and why. She was patient and listened to our concerns. I feel we are getting excellent care and look forward to seeing them again.
