I did not have an appt with Amanda Shefchik or anybody at Bellin on that date.

I found the care to be very good

Amanda is great. The trainee was also great

Ms. Shefchik is knowledgeable, compassionate, and obviously has a strategy for my care going forward. I'm fortunate to have her on my team.

I was very impressed by Amanda's knowledge of my medical history. She had obviously reviewed my chart extensively. So often a provider seems to have not reviewed the history at all. Amanda was personable and thorough. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Your emails require a verification code, After several attempts, I never received one.

Amanda is great, easy to communicate with, she listens and explains.

She totally explained everything as I could understand. Answered all my questions for me individually. Very visit with her. And thoroughly confident. I think covering and checking out all scenarios. Thank you so much

This has nothing to do with Amanda. I love MyChart. However, regarding e-check in; I religiously do e-check in prior to the appointment but yet when I arrive to let them know I have arrived, I have to enter those answers again. It's a bit redundant.

My Chart results didn't come thru yet.

The online experience since the Gunderson merger has been less than stellar -- actually quite a pain and rarely works. You really need to get IT people who know what they are doing. Worked so much better under Bellin

I was very pleased with the courteous people that took care of me. Amanda is fantastic. I really like her. The nurses are great. I have a great experience when I come for my cardiology appointment. I'm really happy with Bellyn. Thank you.

Okay, everything was really great except for my results. They called me once and said that my tests weren't that great and they'd get back to me and what's the next process. And I called back again and they never got back to me. So that is my only complaint. Thank you much.
