Amanda Mueller is an excellent and much needed addition to the Crivitz Bellin clinic!!!

To improve, I would like to see Amplify have its own pharmacy. I just feel that that would help. Thank you.

I had no issues

She not only addressed the issue I made the appointment for but she was the first dr to actually acknowledge my PCOS and wanted to come up with a plan to tackle it. She was also the first doctor to take the amount of cancer diagnosis in my family history serious. I never even though much about it. Other than there was a large quantity that had/have cancer.

Well, it was very excellent in the service I had, except for I am a challenge to have a blood draw taken from, and the girl in the office at the end of the day seemed like it was more important just to get out of there than draw my blood and maybe come back the next day for someone else that was better apt because I'm a challenge to have a blood draw from. And that woman said, you're not a challenge at all, and it was very sweet and inviting to me. But that was the only issue I had at the Kribbits Clinic. Thank you.

It was my first visit to the Crivitz Clinic and my experience was outstanding from check-in to the nurse in the exam room to Amanda. I would definitely return to see her again. All the staff is friendly and very helpful, and office visits and test results are posted on MyChart, in a timely manner, which I frequently use. In addition, my health care provider regularly communicates with me and answers any questions I may have. I also appreciate the MyChart sign in notifications for appointments and test results.
