It was my first visit to the Crivitz Clinic and my experience was outstanding from check-in to the nurse in the exam room to Amanda. I would definitely return to see her again. All the staff is friendly and very helpful, and office visits and test results are posted on MyChart, in a timely manner, which I frequently use. In addition, my health care provider regularly communicates with me and answers any questions I may have. I also appreciate the MyChart sign in notifications for appointments and test results.
